There are several new technologies on the market that make it easy to send large files via email. This used to be a major pain point for sales reps but in the last two years this has become as easy as sending an email. One tool for sending large files, ClearSlide, now lets you see when your file was opened, who viewed it, for how long, and from what location. Other filing sharing tools on the market that you might want to consider include, box.net, yousendit, sendspace.com, and google docs.
